1. Return Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspect your order upon delivery.
- Report any damage, defects, or missing items to info@zenshadecor.com within 48 hours.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund based on availability.
3. Return Process

- Our team will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Pack the item securely to avoid damage during shipping.
- Return shipping costs may be covered by Zensha Decor in case of defective or incorrect items; otherwise, they are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
