1. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspect your order upon delivery.
  • Report any damage, defects, or missing items to info@zenshadecor.com within 48 hours.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund based on availability.

3. Return Process

  2. Our team will provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Pack the item securely to avoid damage during shipping.
  4. Return shipping costs may be covered by Zensha Decor in case of defective or incorrect items; otherwise, they are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges
